Patient booklet
When your surgeon undertakes to perform your operation at the Eye Surgery Foundation he/she will provide you with a copy of our patient booklet. This provides you with all the information relating to your operation at ESF. Please read all the information detailed in the handbook as you will be asked to sign that you understand it and how it relates to your operation as part of your consent at the time of admission.
